Lakshmi Kumar appointed as Director, PNES from 1 st August My dearest team members, my team leaders, teachers, administrators, moushis, maushis and fellow colleagues,

It is with great humility and joy that I want to share this moment with you all.

Today I take the role of Director, PNES.

The Board has bestowed on me this privilege and responsibility to serve the PNES family in whatever way possible - to influence and inspire other institutions, current and future ones, the way we run organisation, institutional building process, branding, leadership development, meaningful and relevant educational processes and much more.

This recognition has come as a result of the way WE have evolved the Orchid model. Many hands, heads and mostly hearts have shaped this process hence this acknowledgment truly belongs to you. I am the chosen one by you all and the Board to escalate this institutional model to the other institutions ( as of now the Board and the Engineering college at Solapur).


I have drawn lessons , experiences, inspiration and influences from working with and for you all. I am part of you and belong to you. I will continue to mentor you at individual levels whenever possible and the institutional level, but my calling is also to broaden my reach out. if you don't see me in my usual space, you know I am somewhere else doing work for our institution.

Shilpa will take full charge of the Baner campus and head both academic and administrative processes functions all related to Orchid school.
