Subject:  Response letter Hindi/ Marathi support class in school

Dear Parents,

       As promised earlier, we have initiated action to provide support classes for Hindi and Marathi for students who need extra help in these languages.  The school has made the necessary arrangements in terms of human resources and a structured academic program to help this group. The focus was to help students’ improve their overall academic performance that was getting hampered due to gap in these subject areas.

      However, very few students have taken advantage of the extra measures provided by the school .It is now mandatory for parents to  provide the  necessary  support from home and ensure that your ward achieve the required grade to clear the subject .A letter to this effect needs to be submitted to the language teachers  by 9th August 11.
