Subject: Hindi/ Marathi support class in school

Dear Parent,

As discussed during the Orientation and one to one meets, we are soon starting ‘Hindi / Marathi support classes for students who need extra help in these languages’. The school has made all necessary arrangements in terms of human resource availability and created a structured academic program to help this group of students to improve their competence and performance in the subject areas. The school has taken this initiative to bridge the gap.

After discussion with the teacher we have found that ______________________ needs extra help and coaching in __________________ (Hindi / Marathi)

• Hindi / Marathi support classes opened for Std IV to IX, twice a week.

• Timing 3.15pm to 4.00pm ,2 days a week

• Junior group Std IV to VI – Every Monday and Thursday

• Senior group Std VII , VIII and IX – Every Tuesday and Friday

• It is compulsory for the child to wait for the class.

• Please send extra snack and water.

• Transport will not be available for children availing school transport on regular basis.

• Parents please ensure to pick up your child at the given time.

• Pl Note- Apart from the support provided in school, parents also need ensure that the child achieve the average scores necessary for passing in (Hindi / Marathi ) by the end of the academic year .Some children may need support and tutoring at home over and above this class
