Dear Parents,

The Orchid Team cordially invites you to be a part of the Republic Day celebration on the 26^th of January.

Details:

• Date: 26^th January’ 2012
• Venue: The Orchid School
• Reporting time: 7:45 am sharp
• Flag Hoisting : 8.00 am on the school ground.
• Followed by Junior & the Senior choir .
• School transport will be available both ways for regular users – teachers and students. If parents wish to take their child, please inform the class teacher and the bus officials.
• Students to be neatly dressed in complete school uniform.
• It is a holiday for children - Nursery to STD III.
• Attendance is compulsory for students of Classes IV to IX
• Tea and snacks will be available on sale after the program.

After the Flag hoisting we will have the Leapstart Sports presentation for parents

• Venue :The Orchid School
• Timing: 9.30 am to 10.30

This is a general presentation , those of you  who have missed the earlier scheduled presentations could use this opportunity.
